Here's a great opportunity to join a large Financial Services organisation in Cirencester as their new Internal Communications Coordinator. You will support the Internal Comms team with regular publishing of content through emails and via the Intranet. What you'll be doing
You'll be walking in to a long and well established business with incredible financial backing, what you won't be walking in to is a long and well established communications department. This is a newly formed team and a fast paced environment, so if you're not willing to work hard and help develop a new way of communicating with the employees and wider network, then this isn't for you.
You will use Dotmailer to send out regular email communications to all members of the business and will offer support to the wider team. You will be responsible for the Internal Communications Calendar and will support with additional administrative tasks. Any additional skills you can bring such as content/copywriting would only help the wider team.
Along with the 1500 or so employees in Head Office, you will also be engaging with thousands of external partners, advisers and support staff.
To be successful in this role you must be highly organised, self motivated and driven, able to multitask, a great communicator and resilient to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
What experience you'll need to apply
- Experience with an email platform such as Dotmailer, Eloqua or Mailchimp is highly desirable
- Experience sending out regular communications to an internal or external audience
- Highly organised
- Strong attention to detail
- Hard working and resilient
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
