We are working with a fantastic lifestyle and beauty brand based in Cheltenham in order to appoint a Marketing Manager. Ideally you will have sector specific experience and already be working in a similar position with senior responsibilities. 
What youll be doing
Youll be working with an experienced team of brand and account management colleagues, licensers and retailers to provide the marketing function across a portfolio of key brands both in the UK and Internationally.  Youll also be acting as the brand expert for the UK and international territories and to be the first point of contact with regard to marketing activity for your brands. 
Youll be responsible for the creation, development and execution of the marketing and brand plans while delivering work on time and within budget.  Digital and social media will be another really important aspect of your role as will PR (briefing PR Agencies, Blogger and influencer outreach, attendance of press days) and also maintenance and development of brand websites. 
What experience youll need to apply 
• Marketing Related Degree or similar qualification
• Previous experience of delivering successful marketing campaigns from within the beauty/lifestyle industry, ideally with international experience.
• Excellent project and event management skills
• Excellent standard of English language and mathematically astute
• Fully conversant with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Working knowledge of website CMS, knowledge of Direct Mail comms beneficial
• Conversant in all social media platforms

Now with private equity investment, the company is going from strength to strength whilst retaining their relaxed (but commercial) culture. eCommerce is at the core of the business growth strategy, which has brought about the need for a eCommerce Marketing Analyst in the team.  What youll be doing Working as a team of 6 and reporting into the Head of eCommerce, youll use various reporting tools to draw insights and improve the teams understanding across eCommerce. The main areas this will help drive include Digital Marketing (PPC, SEO, CRM, Social Media) and Web Development (areas for improvement to the customer journey).  This type of role is a big draw to those in an analytical role already, or digital marketers with good analytical exposure looking to move into this space. Its a highly strategic position in the team as your insights are ultimately leading to the growth of each eCommerce channel.  The main analytical tools will include Google Analytics, A/B testing and Excel. Another key area of focus is the analytics related to PPC; how efficient is the channel and how changes can help the team drive ROI.  What experience youll need eCommerce or digital marketing analytics exposure, either in a specialist role or a broader focus within digital marketing.  Strong Excel skills to manipulate data in various formats.  SQL a massive plus but not a must.  Familiar with Google Analytics and ideally AB testing.  Ability to condense complex data into understandable points for the wider team.  Exposure to PPC preferred but not essential.  What youll get in return for your talents There is a competitive salary up to £32k on offer, depending on experience.     SEO Manager

The SEO Manager is a new position with scope to focus on both SEO campaign management and direct client liaison. The SEO Manager sits in the Digital team, working alongside 2 other Digital Marketers and reporting into the Head of SEO. As mentioned above, the role is a combination of SEO work and client management, the benefit being youll have direct contact with clients to understand their requirements, where in some agencies there is a separate Account Manager.  Your day to day will involve ownership of client relationships, understanding their challenges and then putting a strategy in place to deliver on results. Often there is a team based approach across web development and design, so youll liaise with your colleagues to deliver cohesive outcomes. From an SEO perspective, youll work hands-on with a key focus being on technical SEO.
