A reputable company is looking to bring talented individuals into their team during their current stage of growth. You will be working on a complex and interesting SaaS product and delivering a service that will be used by over 300,000 users and clients such as Ikea, Microsoft, and the NHS. What you’ll be doing
The client produces a popular and effective product which they are always looking to improve. They are looking for someone with experience of working through the whole product lifecycle to help deliver large scale design updates to the product.
You will be playing a key role in the design team and taking the lead on evolving design process and supporting the scaling of the design function. You'll be joining at a great time too; the company has been maturing their product offering over the last year and have moved to cross-functional, and collaborative product teams. You will be working with a team comprised of a Product Manager, a Designer, Developers and QA. You’ll be comfortable working with stakeholders from across the business and facilitating workshops and co-design session.

What experience you’ll need to apply
- Experience of having worked across the full design process, from discovery to high-fidelity prototypes and user testing.
- Ideally will have worked on complex B2B software.
- Will have built and maintained design systems.
- Strong understanding of inclusive design and accessibility standards.
- Proficient with design software such as Figma.
- Understanding of Agile processes and methodologies.
