What you’ll be doing
You’ll be joining an experienced and well-respected agency team that specialise in research and discovery, solving complex problems for a variety of industries. In this specific role you’ll be embedded within one of the agencies clients in the Cyber Security space. You’ll be seen internally as part of the team and can get truly immersed I nthe problems they’re solving.
This role is senior and will plan and run research programmes, leading other researchers and working in cross disciplinary teams, collaborating with stakeholders from across the organisation.
This role will demand someone that’s technical, strategic and has great stakeholder management skills. You’ll be comfortable being the most senior researcher in a room.
What experience you’ll need
- Be an experienced researcher, comfortable planning and conducting research programmes as well as analysing and synthesising results.
- Comfortable leading projects and being the most senior researcher on a project.
- A great communicator able to collaborate with people of all kinds including those with limited research and user centred design understanding.
- Good presentation skills, able to communicate research findings.
- Prepared to go through security clearance.
- Able to travel to the Gloucester offices occasionally (unlikely to be more than once a fortnight).
