We're currently on the lookout for account managers at all levels who are proactive, well organised and innovative to find the right solutions for our growing list of high-profile clients. Having over 10 years of eCommerce experience, our client provides outstanding consultancy, innovative solutions, straightforward advice and exceptional results.
What you’ll be doing
Joining one of the best and fastest growing client services teams in the UK, you'll be a great communicator who easily solves complex problems whilst putting the client first and making sure all their needs are met. You'll work closely with other account managers, the support manager and the development team, as well as the performance marketing team on full-service clients and cross-sell services where possible.
Being involved in daily standups with your dev team to ensure your work is on track and identify any problems or risks. You'll work closely with the support manager to pre-empt any problems or maintenance and act as a point of escalation for any urgent problems. You'll share ideas and ensure resources are managed efficiently with other account managers. Keeping closely in touch with your clients to provide regular updates and discuss upcoming plans and work with industry partners to discover new technology to give yourself and your clients an advantage over any competition.
Applicants of all experience levels will be considered, with salaries dependant on experience from £30k to £40k.
What experience you’ll need
- 3 years+ of digital account, project or ecommerce management experience
- Experience using magento or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate technical problems easily
- Great organisational skills
- An eye for attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- An understanding of paid marketing and Google Suite
- Ability to prioritise workload for yourself and others
