This is a brand spanking new opportunity for a talented Account Manager who would love nothing more than to get their teeth stuck into a range of well-known and up and coming clients.

Whilst you’re more than welcome to work out of one of their lovely offices, this role is also 100% remote long term. My client is very good at remote onboarding and making you feel part of the close knit, successful team.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be joining a well-established, experienced and friendly team to be the driving force behind some of this agency’s clients.

You will be organised, energetic and driven with a positive outlook and proactive approach to managing client accounts, seeking new ways and opportunities to deliver success. You will utilise your understanding of digital and have a flair of building lasting relationships quickly with new and existing clients.

This role is suitable for a seasoned Account Manager, perhaps with an eye on being ‘senior’ as well as an impressive Account Executive who is looking for that next step up. My client has a real knack for facilitating progression with continued learning and support – as well as a designated training budget!

As a talented Account Manager, you will be bringing your expertise to a leading digital agency who specialise in web design and build projects. You will be part of the Client Services team which comprises Account Execs, Managers and Directors, reporting to the Client Services Director. In this role you will feel part of a collaborative team and be in a great position to further grow and develop.

Throughout Covid and the last 12 months, my client have continued to make several hires and financially are in a very solid state.

What experience you'll need

  • Previous experience as a Client Services Manager, Account Manager, Senior Account Manager.
  • Demonstrable experience of website development and digital projects ideally within a digital agency, creative agency, integrated agency, or marketing agency.
  • Superb client management experience with outstanding stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing a range of brands would be advantageous.
  • An ability to work cross-functionally in a multi-skilled agency.
  • Calm under pressure, with a knack of managing multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality of service.
  • Any exposure to eCommerce would be advantageous.
  • Commercially and strategically aware considering the “bigger picture”.
  • Positive, enthusiastic and friendly mentality.

    Industry leading digital specialist, growing at pace. AWS stack, Docker, CI, CD. Fully Remote, monthly trip to HQ. One of the UK’s top digital specialists within the travel and hospitality sector are looking to bring their DevOps function in-house and are keen to find an experienced AWS focused DevOps Engineer.  Working fully remote (if you like) with the odd trip to their Cheltenham office, this is a chance to join a progressive and super-friendly tech-focused company on the up. What skills you’ll be needing Successful track record within DevOps within an AWS environment. Container orchestrators like ECS, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm. Infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Ansible. CI solutions like Jenkins, TravisCI, CircleCI, Gitlab and Github. Understanding and build experience of CD pipelines. Extensive hands-on experience with Linux/UNIX based environments. Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ. Experience with scripting languages, especially Bash and Python. Knowledge of security best practices and SecOps. Problem solving, root cause analysis and debugging skills. A motivated self-starter, able to work with little guidance. Strong advocate of DevOps culture and an understanding of its role of in the organisation as a whole. What you’ll be doing You’ll be working in their agile team to migrate and manage their existing cloud-based infrastructure to a Docker based solution using the latest tools and technologies and maintaining the highest standards of reliability and scalability.  They’ll ask for you to develop their continuous delivery pipelines and support their product and website platforms.  Currently they have some outsourced support from 2 DevOps Engineers so they’ll be on hand to help you transition.  There will be lots to do from the start and you’ll work closely with their development team in 2 week sprints across a mix of small and large project work.
