Digital Producer / Product Owner

This is a great role joining a much-loved organisation as they continue on their digital transformation journey. 
What you'll be doing
Reporting in to the Digital Production Lead and working in a high-performing and collaborative team of Digital Producers, you'll take ownership of digital experience across core areas of the main websites. You'll be driving the product and project management process from start to finish to refresh, redesign and optimise journeys within your core area of ownership. Day-to-day this will see you involved in user research, web / digital analytics, wireframing, designing content journeys, liaising with development teams - all the while collaborating and influencing stakeholders as you go. Whilst it's likely that you come from a web project management background, this could be a really great entry point in to digital product management, web optimisation or user experience.
What experience you'll need
  • A background in digital project management, with a strong focus on website projects - design and build, replatforming or  optimisation. 
  • The ability to seamlessly juggle multiple concurrent projects, keeping stakeholders happy as you go. 
  • Ideally you'll have exposure to wireframing, digital analytics, prototyping, heat-mapping and user research session recording tools.
  • A strong knowledge of and passion for user experience, digital strategy and the broader digital and online landscape.
  • Hands-on exposure to various CMS platforms (Sitecore being a big tick).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills - this is a complex, stakeholder-heavy environment so you will have what it takes to keep them all on track and smiling.
  • You'll be numbers, metrics and data-driven in your approach.

Working in a high-growth and high-calibre digital transformation team.This is a brand new role to come in and own the brand new Intranet about to be launched, all best practice associated with content management and ensure that the organisation are making the most out of their investment on a 12 month FTC.What you'll be doingReporting directly into the Digital Studio Manager, you'll have overall ownership of that intranet - the company's  - as well as various other integrating content platforms. You'll lead the creation of new sections of the intranet, create robust and scalable user and content management processes enabling multiple stakeholders and teams across the business to harness the power of the intranet. You'll be responsible for all management, maintenance, testing and deployment of content and data through the platform, and will be recruiting a Platform Coordinator to support you in this. It's an exciting time to be joining this organisation - with some high-profile implementations and integrations on the horizon - and you'll be in the thick of it, collaborating with project managers, UXers, digital marketers, internal comms, online editors and more!What experience you'll need Previous ownership of and management of a sizeable Intranet-based system.
