An award-winning software house is looking for a number of Junior IT Engineer to join their team in Southampton after recent expansion. They’ve built a product which is based on employee engagement & analytics, focusing on tapping into employee experience and comparing how different teams collaborate and reward themselves. Having set up over 10 years ago and now employing over 150 people, the business work with a varied client base of small and large businesses spread across the retail, telecoms and financial sectors, plus many more.  This is the perfect role for someone looking to begin or build upon a career in IT (support, web development, testing and more).

What you'll be doing 

You’ll be joining a collaborative tech team at their offices in central Southampton. Working in a tight knit team you’ll work on a variety of projects and systems simultaneously gaining exposure to many different areas of the business. It’s a varied and exciting role with no two days the same. Your typical working week could include; attending project meetings with colleagues or clients as required, unit testing completed work( don't worry full training will be provided), and peer reviewing colleagues’ work, reviewing technical specifications and working with consultants to resolve queries, working with their Data Services team to produce payroll and provider reports.
