— Large Multi-Channel Offering
This business is going from strength to strength with a brilliant online operation. An environmentally friendly service working on both trade and B2C channels, the eCommerce Executive is a new role in the team to help bolster online channels alongside their more traditional routes to market.
What you’ll be doing
An understanding of the customers’ behaviour online is central to the success of the team. Working as part of the broader marketing setup within eCommerce, your role will be to get under the skin of these challenges, and offer insights on how to improve performance end to end. A big part of this involves using Google Analytics (and test plans) to track methods of customer acquisition and conversion, and report to the Head of Marketing to form future recommendations for site changes. You’ll also be the primary contact for the PPC agency, and drive the development of online partnerships to drive referral traffic to the site.
Often for sites of this size, executive level roles can be split into different specialities, so it’s a real bonus to be able to work across the full spectrum of eCommerce in this instance.
What experience you’ll need
We’re really looking for someone who has a good level of knowledge working for an online business. This will include an understanding of Google Analytics, preferably in addition to Google Tag Manager and AdWords. You’ll be a wizard on Excel and competent across a range of office packages (Word, Powerpoint), as these are key tools for reporting and presenting the insights you have gathered. PPC management would be a real asset, although having managed an agency on this channel will also allow you to hit the ground running.
What you’ll get in return for your talents
A competitive salary of between £23-26k plus benefits – please enquire for more information here.
