What you’ll be doing

Campaign Managers must have a good understanding of the multi-channel retail landscape, of both digital and offline channels, particularly of direct response media, CRM and acquisition data, email and catalogue production and critical path processes, campaign planning and ROI forecasting and reporting, and be confident in communicating these to your team and client.  

Your day to day priority is account and campaign management and deliverables, and their multiple deadlines. The emphasis of this role is firstly on the campaign planning and management of offline media and data and their execution and measurement, and secondly and supporting the delivery of our analytics and insight, and digital consultancy

What experience you’ll need

  • Worked in client-side multi-channel marketing teams in a like retail brand.
  • End to end DM campaign management experience - demonstrating process experience in budgeting, briefing, creative, planning, production, measurement and interpretation.
  • Strong Excel skills with experience in briefing and building Direct Mail campaigns.
  • Ability to grasp and brief data scenarios, great with segmentation and testing.
  • Print, fulfilment and postal experience.
  • You are highly numerate with great number recall. Detail and accuracy are a matter of personal pride.
  • You can think creatively and explain ideas.
  • You are diligent and responsive, a confident note taker, and patient when needed.
  • You are a can-do, multi-tasking, muck-in, hard-working team player, confident and well organised, calm under pressure.

Furthermore, you’ll manage the relationship with the web development agency and project manager.  This role also has one direct report – an eCommerce Assistant – who you’ll be able to lean on for some aspects of delivery, however you’ll still be expected to get stuck in and implement the strategy.   What experience you’ll need to apply Experience managing an eCommerce website end-to-end. B2C retail experience. Experience using Shopify is preferable.  Strong numeracy and analytical skills.  Experience using the full Google suite - Google Analytics is essential.  Experience in developing digital marketing strategies Technically minded with a customer focused approach  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  What you’ll get in return for your experience   The salary bracket is flexible dependent upon experience, but please bear in mind that you’ll be expected to work hands-on, not just at a strategic level. They are seeking a versatile and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to implement and manage the digital acquisition and comms strategy for their brand, across multiple channels.  What you’ll be doing  Your key aim will be to drive brand exposure and awareness through a range of digital channels, drawing upon expertise in Paid Advertising, Social Media and Content Marketing.   Day to day, you’ll work closely with a number of internal stakeholders, such as the eCommerce team, to ensure your strategies for driving customers onto the website are aligned. You’ll also work with the buying team who’ll advise on the relevant products to incorporate into your content before each new collection drops.  The creative team will support you with writing and optimising content to deliver against your overarching social & content calendar. In addition, you will plan affiliate exposure and commission exclusive affiliate content, where appropriate, as well as developing partnerships with relevant influencers.  Using relevant analytics tools, you will track & monitor campaign and keyword performance and optimise accordingly, as well as ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to, e.g. tone of voice.  What experience you’ll need to apply Experience within an eCommerce environment.  Ability to deliver successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.  Experience with the Google suite of analytics products.   Strong written and verbal communication skills required.  Self-starter/self-motivated, capable of staying on track and completing tasks.  Adapts easily to changing environments and demonstrates flexibility in shifting goals. and priorities.  Must be a hands-on team member and operate with a start-up mentality.
