This is a new role within a high-growth, sustainable tech business, which is disrupting the market with their innovative product. As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for continuing to evolve and improve their already effective strategy, which to date has delivered an overall average ROAS of 1,800%.

If you have a passion for driving growth through performance marketing channels, you could play a pivotal role in this unique, eCommerce business that is at the cutting-edge of electric technology.

What you’ll be doing

Day to day, you will be managing Google Ads and Facebook campaigns (PPC & Paid Social) with huge scope and large budgets (£200k spend per month). In addition, you’ll take the lead in building out other platforms, such as Native Ads (Taboola, etc.), TikTok and Microsoft Ads, ensuring the business is at the forefront of the digital advertising ecosystem.

What’s more, you’ll be tracking and measuring attribution to ensure the digital acquisition strategy is highly-targeted and continuously being optimised, as well as reviewing and implementing automation techniques to make efficiency improvements which will deliver a better ROI.

What experience you’ll need to apply
  • Previous ownership of digital marketing projects which directly drive sales, from concept to execution, with an emphasis on Paid Search and Paid Social.
  • Proven success managing and optimising extremely successful and marketing leading online marketing programs with CPC, CPA, and CPM cost models on Google.
  • Global-expert level knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
  • Heavily data-focussed mindset to help analyse, evidence, instruct and influence.
  • Engineering mindset and approach to problem-solving - no problem is too complex or broad.
  • Creative flair combined with analytical validation, enabling you to generate content and copywriting ideas yourself as well as reviewing those from your team, combined with your analytical approach to testing to validate successful concepts.
  • Experience working in a senior role in an in-house marketing team. (Ideally a company with a strong eCommerce dependency)
