Senior Marketing Operations Executive FTC 12 Months

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations to join a leading provider of investment and wealth management services on a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. You will join the marketing operations and services team and will take ownership of various strands relating to the central marketing operations strategy. You will have line management as a Marketing Assistant and will look after budget management and financial promotions, invoicing, and additional administrative activities.

What you’ll be doing

• Management and review of marketing communications activities relating to financial promotions
• Ensure communications and campaigns are compliant and lead on internal audit requirements, making sure systems and processes are up to date
• Oversee central marketing budget in areas including invoice requests, processing, and coordination of budget forecasting
• Collaborate with senior team members to develop business impact assessments and community plans
• Support with supplier evaluations via supplier assessment and review meetings
• Lead, manage and support the marketing assistant with operational tasks
• Support marketing department through excellent project management
• Support with storage, and stock management at offsite locations

Experience you’ll need

• Marketing and Operational support experience within a regulated industry
• Excellent organisational skills and process orientated
• Investment Management or Wealth Management experience is advantageous
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
