I’m looking for an experienced Creative Artworker to join a well-known not for profit brand in central London. It’s an integrated role, with a host of print & digital projects to get stuck in with. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing in house creative team.

What you’ll be doing

Joining the existing in-house creative team (in some seriously impressive offices!), you’ll work closely with the Creative Director whilst collaborating with designers, copywriters & project managers to name a few.

You’ll be tasked with delivering creative artwork across a plethora of online & offline channels to the highest of standard, but most importantly on brand.

Being a creative artworker role there will be a conceptual element, so you’ll be no stranger to making suggestions and putting new ideas forward. You’ll also be technically competent with meticulous attention to detail as you’ll be the last person to proofcheck on all artwork that leaves the studio.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Previous experience in a creative artworker role.
  • Had experience working in a creative agency or in-house brand.
  • Incredible attention to detail.
  • A portfolio bursting with previous projects across a multitude of online and offline channels.
  • Friendly and approachable.
  • Ideally have an interest in the charity/not for profit sector.
  • Solid working knowledge of Adobe Suite.

What you’ll get in return for your experience 

As well as joining a wonderful brand you’ll receive a salary circa £28k-£32k. 30 days holiday (+8 additional bank holidays!), family benefits, 10% pension and a variety of training and development options.

We’re looking for a User Researcher to join one of the UK’s leading charities. This role will ideally be based in Sheffield but there are options to be based in London or Bristol if required. What you’ll be doing As a User Researcher you will join the charities growing digital department and work as part of a cross functional team of fellow researchers, service design specialists, UX designers, content creators, social media specialists, product owners and developers. Through a combination of online content, helpline and face to face services this charity delivers vital services to those in need up and down the UK. Good user experience is fundamental to the success of their cause and ensuring the services they offer are accessible when people need them most is a top priority. Due to the nature of the charities work you’ll be engaging with people from all backgrounds. Your focus will be on gathering qualitative insight, so experience in a breadth of qualitative research techniques will be required. It’ll also be crucial to have good soft skills; you’ll be dealing with difficult subject matter and sensitive issues so will need to engage with users on a human level. As part of this role you will also mentor and manage a junior member of the team. What experience you’ll need to apply Past experience in a user research role, comfortable running your own research and testing projects. Exposure to Agile methodologies and working as part of cross functional product teams. Demonstratable experience in a variety of qualitative research techniques. Any wireframing / prototyping experience beneficial. Comfortable mentoring more junior researchers. Happy to take an initial 12 month contract.
