D2C eCommerce Lead / Growth Manager

I am working with an extremely successful and innovative start-up business within the health and wellness industry. Having done astronomically well and expanding to multiple retail stores both domestically and overseas, they are on the lookout for an experienced eCommerce Lead to take them on their journey to becoming one of the biggest wellness brands in the world!
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be given the opportunity to make a huge impact on an already flourishing brand. Joining their hardworking, friendly, and brilliant team, you will take ownership of their digital first eCommerce channel and lead performance marketing to help them continue to take the world by storm. You’ll need to be a team player, and your ideas will always be listened to. They need somebody entrepreneurial, with a commercial mindset and a passion for fast growth. Experience of managing budgets is a must and you’ll also need to be data-driven and analytical, with a keen eye for the finer details.
Leading the D2C platform, trading and CRO are a huge part of the role - you will manage the UX optimisation (with the goal to improve AOV and conversions) for the website so Shopify experience is essential. You’ll also be an SEO wiz, as you’ll be managing the SEO growth strategy and ensuring everything is SEO friendly and fully optimised for best results. Excellent communication skills are needed for this role, as you will work collaboratively with the operations team and be the lead contact with digital agencies.
The role is hugely varied and exciting as it also balances performance marketing, adopting both acquisition and CRM. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop the existing performance marketing mix, drive customer growth, reduce acquisition cost and focus on areas such as email flows, affiliate, SEO, search, social and display.
What experience you’ll need to apply
● A minimum of 5+ years of growing D2C products online.
● Entrepreneurial, with a passion to grow the start-up even further.
● Date-driven and analytical, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics.
● Experienced with dealing with budgets.
● Shopify experience.
● Mailchimp experience.
● A good understanding of Facebook ads manager.
● A team player, who is not afraid to get stuck in.
● Experience with overseas eCommerce (highly desirable).
● Highly friendly, personable, and hardworking.
What you’ll get in return for your experience
A generous salary of 45-65k depending on experience is on offer, as well as the potential for a generous bonus scheme.
