I am working with an amazing Biotech who are revolutionising drug discovery through ML and AI. Based in London with a wonderful, diverse and international team already in place, the business is scaling and looking to double their head count by the end of the year.

What you’ll be doing

The business is looking for a Delivery Manager with solid experience in Agile and Lean practices to work with their cross functional teams, helping them to iterate toward a high-performing organisational structure and encourage and facilitate continuous improvement within their teams. 
Supporting with both internal and external workstreams you will help technical and science leads communicate effectively to ensure consistent progress in the face of scientific and technical challenges as well as facilitate good decision making and effective, action-orientated communication.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Solid experience, understanding and strong advocate for Agile and Lean practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to coach and mentor people to aid their development.
  • Ability to build trust across the company.
  • Problem solving and ability to engage in elements of risk management such as effectively managing and tracking the mitigation of risks.
  • You can take responsibility for the measurement and reporting of progress to the company. 
  • Demonstrable experience of be able to ensure working practices and processes are iterated and improved over time.

Preparing, aliquoting and managing stock of critical reagents for the different functional teams. Refilling consumable stocks from storage to shelves. What experience you will need to apply: ● You’ll have proven experience as a Lab Technician within Bioscience, Biotech or Drug Discovery, and take great pride in your work. ● You’ll have experience of making buffers, media, and other solutions. ● You’ll be able to follow instructions conscientiously, but also capable of working autonomously when required.  ● You’ll have good communication and time management skills. Successful communication and timing is critical for any experiment taking place in the lab. ● You’ll have excellent attention to detail. Be a fast learner and able to adapt easily. ● You are self-motivated, enthusiastic, with a positive attitude.
