Digital Marketing Manager (eCommerce)

This lovely SME have been around for over 15 years primarily selling B2B initially, but since then their online clothing sales have flourished and form the majority of the business’ turnover. They are looking for a Digital Performance/Marketing Manager to help drive the next stage of customer acquisition, forming part of their close knit team and thoroughly enjoyable working environment.
What you’ll be doing
This role reports directly into the MD and forms a core part of the eCommerce team, working alongside an eCommerce Executive. You’ll be responsible for a broad range of channels, allowing you to look at the digital marketing strategy as a whole and provide great variation on your day to day. Products are sold through a number of platforms (mobile, desktop and tablet) with acquisition channels ranging across PPC, SEO, Email Marketing and Social Media). The eCommerce Executive will be paying close attention to the online customer journey, so working with them to help raise AOV (average order value) and conversion rates will also be key.
It’s worth bearing in mind there is agency support on the paid search and SEO side, but it’s a close working relationship where you can become hands on depending on your level of knowledge.
What experience you’ll need
- Has worked for a Multi-Channel business or a Pureplay eCommerce brand.
- Digital channel experience across PPC, SEO and Email.
- Social Media experience a real plus.
- Proficient use of website analytics.
- Able to manage digital agencies.
- Driven, determined and the passion to grow an eCommerce brand.
