Lead Product Designer

After leading the way with a successful digital transformation project, my client are now proud to call themselves a 100% digital business. They are growing their UX offering across the business, with exciting plans on the horizon they are now seeking a Lead Product Designer to take the reins of their most successful products/platform(s).

What you’ll be doing

The business has led the way in digital transformation over the last couple of years, with substantial investment across UX & product. Joining a successful UX team of 15, made up of Designers, Researchers & Strategy specialists, you’ll be responsible for leading the discovery, development & delivery of native apps for both IOS/Android devices.

In your day to day, you’ll be running workshops, sprints, wireframing, crafting prototypes and conducting user testing to ensure consistency across a host of digital channels. Being a Lead role, you’ll play a significant part in UX strategy, team development and streamlining of UX principles and processes they work towards.

Character fit is just as important here, you’ll have a strong, ambitious work ethic, where you’ll be just as comfortable working autonomously as well as being a natural leader who can inspire & get the most out of your team of specialists.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Previous experience in a similar Lead or Principle UX role.
  • Solid working knowledge Sketch, Invision or similar industry standard tools.
  • A strong commercial portfolio of Mobile/Native app projects.
  • Delivered fully functional products across both IOS/Android.
  • Leadership/mentoring experience.
  • Ideally have experience working on eCommerce or marketplace platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills.

    Marketing Manager

    Work on an exciting and innovative app.  Strategy development and digital content creation.   Global campaign development in both the UK and South Africa.  We are working with an exciting mobile app-based business based in London to appoint an experienced Marketing Manager. You’ll report to the Global Campaign Director based in South Africa and be part of a global campaign that’s due to go live in May 2020.  What you’ll be doing  You’ll be in charge of strategy development, roll out and execution management as it relates to all paid media initiatives and digital content. Characteristically you will be passionate and creative with an existing supplier network in place and be able to seamlessly take over the day to day marketing management for the large May 2020 Campaign. With you doing this successfully, the campaign director will be focussing on growing and nurturing key strategic relationships and partnerships.  You’ll be working on research opportunities (events, marketing, brand ect) and manage the project on basecamp and google drive. You’ll also be responsible for media bookings and coordinating the process including booking the space and developing the materials for the campaign director to sign off.
