Account Director

3-6 Month contract opportunity, for an Account Director to work for an awesome London-based agency. This client specialises in PR and communications across a range of industries including Tech, Design, Creative and Innovation.


What you'll be doing

 

  • Working for a fantastic international communications consultancy from your home office with the occasional trip to the office in Central London.
  • As a senior member of the business, you will also deliver new business and grow existing accounts. You'll be a senior contact for clients, you'll manage and oversee various accounts teams to ensure campaigns are delivered and service level agreements are met.
  • This role will be predominantly remote with the occasional office visit in London.
  • This role is part time, they are looking for someone to work 2-4 days a week.


What experience you'll need to apply for this role

 

 

  • Previous agency experience as an Account Director, Senior Account Manager or Account Manager (ideally within a PR Agency). We don't mind what sectors you've worked in before, or whether you're B2C, B2B or a bit of both.
  • Track record of successfully implementing PR campaigns
  • Management experience of developing talent and overseeing the performance. Mentoring a team made up of an Account Manager, Account Executive and another Account Director.
  • Excellent project management skills with strong organisational and planning skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation and delegation skills


What you'll get in return for your experience

The daily rate is up to £300 p/day "Outside IR35", however, all quotes from suitable candidates will be considered.  You will also receive a 3-6 month contract.
