What you’ll be doing

The main responsibility of this role is to plan, coordinate, design & deliver all email marketing activity including the creation of all content. You will contribute to the email marketing strategy to improve open and click rates as well as driving revenue through email marketing and manage the email marketing calendar in line with client objectives and overall marketing strategy.

You’ll constantly use data to make informed decisions for optimising and improving email content and report on email performance and how  deliver against specific KPIs for each client

What experience you’ll need

  • A minimum of  2 years experience planning, creating and managing email campaigns
  • Previous experience working within an agency
  • Experience using Email automation software such as Klaivyo and Mailchimp
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple clients whilst hitting deadlines
  • Strong copywriting ability to produce engaging written content
  • Understanding of the user journey and on-boarding process
  • Data-driven with knowledge of Google Analytics
