We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a start-up team creating tools for designers. With some of the best-known design teams as customers and global ambitions this is an exciting role. The role is on offer on a hybrid basis with just one day onsite in London.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be joining a business that is revolutionising the way design and development teams collaborate. The product is used by over 1300 customers with a strong presence at the enterprise level but supports businesses of all kinds, helping them create better products. Designers will be your users so you’ll have an opportunity to create valuable products that your community will be using.

Joining a start-up means helping shape things. You’ll be the 2nd Senior on the team but with the business planning to triple in size over the coming years there will be huge opportunities to grow.

You’ll be in a multidisciplinary role involving research and design from low fidelity to high fidelity. You’ll no doubt have your area of expertise but broad experience working from discovery, through delivery and into iteration will key to success. As the team scales design and research roles may become more specialised.

What experience you’ll need

  • Previous experience in a design role that’s included research, low and high-fidelity design and testing.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates user centricity and shows your approach to problem-solving.
  • Any start-up / scale-up experience will be valuable.
  • Able to work 1 day a week from London.
