I am now supporting a lovely Client of mine based in the hub of London. Whilst this business is well-established, they are experiencing an exciting period of growth and are looking to expand their team with an amazing Digital Marketing Executive (You!).

What youll be doing  

Reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing, you will help support the digital marketing team whilst being a key player with driving the overall product strategy.

Your responsibilities will involve driving traffic from all digital channels across paid search engines, SEO, social, display/programmatic advertising, as well as exploring new opportunities to expand digital marketing channels in the UK and internationally. You will also ensure all current channels are continuously optimised and performing against objectives.

You will be responsible for reporting, analysing and providing data driven recommendations to improve the performance of their digital marketing strategies and increasing ROI. As this is a small team, there is very little red tape which means you can really make your mark.

What experience youll need to apply 

  • You can demonstrate you can run your own marketing campaigns from start to finish - come up with the concept, execute it and promote via various digital channels.
  • Experience of managing PPC campaigns as you will help support on this.
  • International experience desirable.
  • Knowledge of SEO and key things to help optimise the website.
  • Photoshop experience - must be able to create assets for banners/landing pages/website.
  • Strong experience of content management a real plus.
  • Analytics and reporting experience essential - ability to review campaign success and how to improve/optimise moving forward.
  • Candidate must be creative and analytical and have a passion for all things digital.

What youll get in return for your experience  

There is a competitive salary on offer of £28-32k + benefits (DOE). Please still get in touch if your experience is well aligned but expectations are a little higher or lower, as there could potentially be some flexibility here.

What’s more, you’ll both work together to actively grow the CRM function, through data capture initiatives which will grow the digital newsletter database. You’ll work with the Content & Design teams to build blog article pages, using UX knowledge and digital design best practice to guide your layout decisions. Furthermore, you’ll manage the relationship with the web development agency and project manager.  This role also has one direct report – an eCommerce Assistant – who you’ll be able to lean on for some aspects of delivery, however you’ll still be expected to get stuck in and implement the strategy.   What experience you’ll need to apply Experience managing an eCommerce website end-to-end. B2C retail experience. Experience using Shopify is preferable.  Strong numeracy and analytical skills.  Experience using the full Google suite - Google Analytics is essential.  Experience in developing digital marketing strategies Technically minded with a customer focused approach  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  What you’ll get in return for your experience   The salary bracket is flexible dependent upon experience, but please bear in mind that you’ll be expected to work hands-on, not just at a strategic level. They are seeking a versatile and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to implement and manage the digital acquisition and comms strategy for their brand, across multiple channels.  What you’ll be doing  Your key aim will be to drive brand exposure and awareness through a range of digital channels, drawing upon expertise in Paid Advertising, Social Media and Content Marketing.   Day to day, you’ll work closely with a number of internal stakeholders, such as the eCommerce team, to ensure your strategies for driving customers onto the website are aligned. You’ll also work with the buying team who’ll advise on the relevant products to incorporate into your content before each new collection drops.  The creative team will support you with writing and optimising content to deliver against your overarching social & content calendar. In addition, you will plan affiliate exposure and commission exclusive affiliate content, where appropriate, as well as developing partnerships with relevant influencers.  Using relevant analytics tools, you will track & monitor campaign and keyword performance and optimise accordingly, as well as ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to, e.g. tone of voice.  What experience you’ll need to apply Experience within an eCommerce environment.  Ability to deliver successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.  Experience with the Google suite of analytics products.   Strong written and verbal communication skills required.  Self-starter/self-motivated, capable of staying on track and completing tasks.  Adapts easily to changing environments and demonstrates flexibility in shifting goals. and priorities.  Must be a hands-on team member and operate with a start-up mentality.
