They are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join their tech team, where they follow the three ways of DevOps; flow, fast feedback, and continuous learning and experimentation. We monitor our software development performance on lead time for changes, deployment frequency, time to restore service and change/fail rate.
You’ll work closely with the Tech Lead and the rest of the team to drive our product development forward, always looking for the smallest possible implementation while providing maximum business value. Your main challenge is to balance quality & speed of experimental features vs. ensuring long term software quality.

Senior Software Developer

What you'll be doing:
- Your main responsibility will be to code, but you will be able to have input into design decisions (using Domain Driven Development) and contribute to the overall direction of the development team.
- You will play a role in building a high performing team with a healthy, fun culture.
- Coaching & supporting the growth & development of other engineering team members.
- Make sure the architecture, infrastructure and technology stack meet the current demands of the product.
- Ensure the code you produce is secure and the privacy of our users is properly guarded.
- Aid in streamlining operations as our user base is growing and expanding all over the globe.
- At least 4 years of working as developer on a customer facing web application (mobile is a bonus).
- You must have knowledge of Domain Driven Design (DDD).
- Hands-on experience with Typescript, Angular and/or NestJS.
- Experience with Ionic Framework, Capacitor or native Android and iOS knowledge.
- Experience in setting up and operating an infrastructure in Azure Cloud: App Services, SQL Server, Keyvault, Application Insights. We use Bicep templates to deploy our infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps and setting up CI/CD pipelines.
- Good people & communication skills.
- A feel & empathy for user experience & design.
