We need your high-end skills across user experience design to play a significant part in the delivery and production of our versatile digital portfolio and giving our customers a unique, innovative and accessible journey across our banking products.
What you'll be doing
The versatility of this role is its main appeal, working in product teams across our cross functional innovation centre- you'll collaborate with developers, designers, product and various internal stakeholders and span the entire UX spectrum-one day you could be wireframing for a new mobile app, the next conducting a user testing.
What experience you'll need to apply
- Proven experience within a UX design role- preferably with FS/ commercial client/ employer.
- A portfolio or collection of case studies that showcase your UX experience.
- Be an experienced researcher and comfortable with user testing, focus groups, interviews and more.
- Strong wireframing and visualisation skills
- Proven ability to build interactive prototypes
- Excellent user mapping and experience design for mobile and desktop
- Well-developed stakeholder management skills and the ability to work in a cross functional agile team. Experience with banking stakeholders is a huge bonus!
- Proven ability to contribute to user experience strategy.
- Have a real passion for user experience and the industry as a whole.

We’re seeking an experienced Client Engagement Director to work within the London Financial Services pod alongside the Pod Lead, Principal Consultant and Senior Project Manager to bring together your understanding of client needs with the knowledge of skills and services in the UX experience design space. We need you to have at least 3 years’ experience within a similar role, with clear evidence of your success.What you’ll be doing You’ll be working in the London pod and lead the relationship with a large established key account (a large insurer) alongside supporting new business activities and sharing best practice and professional growth with your client services colleagues. You’ll be working collaboratively with Project Managers, UX Consultants, Designers and Front End Developers to shape projects and manage time scales. You’ll be leading on setting the growth strategy for established key accounts and new accounts, while working closely with Strategists & Consultants to build a pipeline of work from existing relationships and new target clients while creating proposals and converting them in to sales. In addition, you’ll be developing and negotiating high value commercial arrangements with clients, so you’ll need to be confident and experienced in doing this.
