A unique organisation within the education tech industry is opening its doors to appoint a talented and technical CRM Manager on a permanent basis. This is your opportunity as a CRM specialist to take the lead on end-to-end, right from the implementation and migration to a bespoke CRM, through to data management and storage, campaign planning and selection, execution and analysis. Working as part of the marketing team, you’ll use the power and value of data to facilitate highly targeted campaigns which drive ROI across existing and prospective customers. This is a complex organisation in that there are several brands within the Group, and therefore you’ll be used to working with a wide range of customer data.
What you’ll be doing
Sitting in the Marketing function, you will be the go-to person for all things CRM. Given that this organisation is in the midst of migrating to a new CRM platform, you’ll have had exposure to CRM migration/implementation in the past, as you will often be the point of contact for questions relating to the architecture of the platform. However, we’re not looking for a CRM architect or developer; we’re looking for someone who can bridge the gap between the technical elements of what goes into a CRM, to ensure you can use this information for marketing campaigns! It’s therefore preferred if you’re coming from a marketing data background.

- Experience in developing CRM strategies
- Ability to work autonomously

On the back of successful growth in this channel, you will begin to execute the strategy of rolling out sister eCommerce websites and brands. Furthermore, you will inherit an established Amazon marketplace account and newly-created Amazon vendor account. What experience you’ll need to apply Relevant experience within an end-to-end eCommerce role, specifically focussing on driving growth through digital marketing and improving conversion rates. Experience managing an Amazon sales channel. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use insights to optimise eCommerce activities. Proactive, ambitious and a self-starter. Creative and forward-thinking approach to eCommerce. Enthusiastic and positive attitude. Experience managing 3rd party agencies. Project management skills.
