UX / UI Designer

We’re looking for a UX / UI Designer to join a global B2B business near Coventry. Joining an existing product team and working agile with cross-functional teams, this is a brand-new role to help build out a UX offering and improve their digital products. The company are offering plenty of flexibility long term, with a hybrid 3/2 split between office and home. 

What you’ll be doing 

Joining a product team sat within a global business who provide end to end eCommerce solutions for a multibillion pound marketplace, this is a brand-new role focussed on delivering UX and UI end to end. 

Collaborating with product managers, developers, QA and the wider team, you’ll be hands on with the full UX lifecycle from discovery to testing and the execution of high-fidelity UI designs. You’ll be involved end-to-end on projects; from conducting research, to delivering workshops and user testing, the creation of iterative designs, through to highly polished visuals.  

Bringing knowledge of UX principles and best practise, you’ll have the opportunity to improve usability and functionality across a suite of complex, high performing products.  Working in an agile environment you’ll be collaborating with cross-functional teams and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. 

What experience you’ll need 

  • Experience within a similar UX / UI Design role, at a midweight or senior level. 
  • A portfolio full of end-to-end UX case studies and UI design examples. 
  • Ideally experience working in UX for B2B and / or eCommerce products. 
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). 
  • Skilled in prototyping software such as Axure and Invision.
