What you’ll be doing
As a senior point of contact between the agency and their clients this position will require a faultless attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver strategic solutions across all accounts.
Working closely with the Client Services Director, you’ll be accountable for leading the account management process. You’ll be driven by delivering best in class creative solutions to some of the world’s biggest names in leisure and tourism, and be confident in building genuine relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth of accounts.
You’ll have organisational expertise to manage a varied portfolio of clients at a senior level and a flair for spotting new opportunities - commercial experience will be vital in this role!
What experience you’ll need
- Account Management experience in a digital agency.
- Experience of line management.
- A solid understanding of social media and digital channels.
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.
- Great communication skills.
- A love of travel, both internationally and within the UK!
