Ad Ops Manager

A specialist Digital agency with a unique, global client-base, is looking for an Ad Ops specialist to help deliver on client campaigns. This is a new role within their high-performing Media team, which has come about due to a large increase in new business. 

What you’ll be doing 

Using your analytical mindset, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution, performance and reporting of campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, DV360, Campaign Manager, Trade Desk, AMG).

You’ll work closely with the media planning/buying team to execute campaign strategies as agreed with the client and work towards ensuring all KPIs are understood and met. This includes daily optimisation and management of campaigns within individual DSPs, and budget management. 

In addition, you’ll assist in RFP’ing media vendors and evaluating publisher capabilities and new opportunities, and be heavily involved with pixel and tag generation, implementation and quality assurance. 

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Experience working in an AdOps role, preferably agency side. 
  • Solid and demonstrable experience of working with major DSPs and social platforms. 
  • Must be passionate about media and have a curious mind when it comes to data and analytics. 
  • Solid experience of working with Google Sheets / Slides or Excel / Powerpoint.
  • Professional client communication, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritise responsibilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, but also can work well in a team.
  • Enthusiasm for the future of brand advertising on the web.
