This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative biotech that are discovering new therapeutics to treat the world’s most critical inflammatory diseases. They are well funded and are based in Oxford. They are looking for a Head of Preclinical Therapeutic Projects to lead on antibody programmes through molecule optimisation, preclinical biology, and candidate selection.
What you’ll be doing
As the Head of Preclinical Therapeutic Projects, you will be involved in designing and executing a preclinical antibody development plan from early lead selection through to development and candidate nomination. You will be managing project timelines, budget, and research staff. You will be involved in designing, conducting, and analysing candidate nomination experiments.
