Senior Proposition Manager

We are working with a market leading Ed Tech business that due to continued growth and success seek a Senior Propositions Manager to join the team to implement and new strategic vision and improve the product portfolio.
What you’ll be doing
As the Senior Propositions Manager within the Services division of the business you will be instrumental in devising a commercial strategy that promotes the existing portfolio of software and services in addition to devising new off the shelf solutions to new and existing clients in the Education sector. You will also ensure your vision is aligned with other business units, working closely with both senior management and sales, marketing and other functions within the business.
You will enjoy line management responsibilities of two product managers as well as some responsibility of other product team members, whilst reporting directly into the Head of Sales. Within the role you will help deliver company aspirations of increasing the retention rate to 95% or more with a focus on repeat business and growing the client base by 60 new sites each year.
What experience you’ll need
- Strong experience in the development of services products.
- Broad knowledge of different software products.
- Understanding of Education market desirable, but not essential.
- Experience as a Product Manager, working with technical teams.
- A track record of managing both small and multi-million service contracts.
- A continuous improvement and change management mentality.
- Ability to bring fresh ideas to the table, and implement effectively.
- Line management experience.
- Ability to work cross functionally and liaise with different departments.
- Superb stakeholder management, communications and client facing ability.
- A track record of growth and increased revenue.
- Gravitas and ability to influence key decision makers.
- Ability to design and implement a strategy for commercial success.
