This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative biotech that are discovering new therapeutics to treat the world’s most critical inflammatory diseases. They are well funded and are based in Oxford. They are looking for a Head of Antibody Programme Development to lead on antibody development projects from target nomination to clinical trials.

What you’ll be doing

As the Head of Antibody Programme Development, you will be involved in management projects, budgets, and people. You will be working with key stakeholders, CRO’s and external experts along with designing and executing experiments. You will also be expected to lab work as well but mostly will be focused on project management.
