This is an exciting opportunity to work as T-Cell Scientist in a growing Biotech that looking to revolutionise the future of cancer therapeutics. They are looking for someone who has experience working on peptide-HLA’s and TCRs. The role is based in Oxford.
What you’ll be doing
As a T-Cell Scientist you will be involved in using TCR display techniques to analyse antigen specificity and will be involved in purifying TCR and pHLA proteins.
What experience you’ll need to apply?
- PhD in a relevant field of MSc with industry experience
- Experience working with TCR’s or pHLA’s
- Protein Purification using AKTA
- Multiparameter flow cytometry
- Molecular Biology techniques such as PCR
- Mammalian tissue culture – T-cell tissue culture and cell transfection is desirable.
