What you’ll be doing
In this role you will be assisting with new customers who are joining the business by looking at customer onboarding. This will cover dealing with reporting directly to the Head Of to show insights and make the overall onboarding process smooth for customers by utilising their data driven strategy.
You’ll be working to interrogate data and gain insights into where they can improve their processes from an internal and customer perspective. You’ll be developing the internal data analysis alongside owning and improving the onboarding process by producing reports and insights by manipulating data from various systems and sources.
What experience you’ll need to apply
- 4+ years’ experience working in a senior analyst role
- Strong experience with SQL
- Experience with Tableau or PowerBI
- Knowledge of Python is a bonus
- Ideally experience with Excel
- Bonus for experience in the energy sector
- Ideally managment experience and desire to grow out a team.
What you’ll get in return for your experience
A base salary between £45,000 - £65,000 depending on experience, plus a great benefits package and training.
The role is fully remote but would require an occasional day in the office for ‘team days’ and meetings but this would be in the office closest to you.
