This is a brand spanking new opportunity for a talented Account Manager who would love nothing more than to get their teeth stuck into a range of interesting clients, where you'll help strategise and deliver award-winning web build projects.

This role offers 100% remote working permanently, with offices located on the South Coast.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be joining a well-established, experienced and friendly team to manage the efficient production of projects, ensuring they’re on brief, on time and on budget. You will be pivotal in managing client relationship and being the lynchpin between agency and client.

As a talented Account Manager, you will be bringing your expertise to a leading digital agency who specialise in web design and build projects. You will be part of the Client Services team which comprises Account Managers and Project Managers, working closely with the Delivery Director and Client Services Director, whilst liaising regularly with creative and development teams.

The right individual will be hungry to develop and progress, as we are looking for someone who can be moulded and developed to become an integral part of the agency, with clear and defined progression opportunities available.

As this role offers 100% remote working, I’d like to highlight that the onboarding process is arguably one of the best I’ve ever experienced, with travel and accommodation paid for to meet the team and a welcome meet up on the beach after work!

What experience you'll need

  • Previous experience as a Client Services Manager, Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or similar.
  • Demonstrable experience of design and build projects, ideally within a digital agency, creative agency, integrated agency or marketing agency.
  • Superb client management experience with outstanding stakeholder management skills.
  • An ability to work cross-functionally in a multi-skilled agency.
  • Calm under pressure, with a knack of managing multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality or quantity of service.
  • Some project management capabilities.
  • Any exposure to eCommerce would be advantageous.
  • Ideally exposure to web design and build projects and a clear ability to write creative briefs, present proposals.
  • Commercially and strategically aware considering the “bigger picture”.
  • Positive, enthusiastic and friendly mentality.

Their products are used by Scientists and Engineers in a wide range of industries including healthcare, pharma, automotive, environmental and more. With a diverse project roadmap and rapid growth plans in place for 2021/22, this is a unique opportunity for a dedicated Lead Tester to work on rewarding projects that solve real-life challenges through the use of tech. What experience you’ll need Proven experience in automation test strategy and technical leadership.  Hands-on experience across manual & automated testing.  Exposure to automation tools like Selenium, Ranorex, SpecFlow, Cucumber or similar. Ability to test SAP/Salesforce system integrations (or similar).  Significant knowledge of regression testing.  Some programming experience (C#/.Net, Java etc.) would be useful.  Skilled in testing a range of legacy and modern systems.  Knowledge of things like TFS, Visual Studio, MS Test Manager etc.  Agile/Scrum methodology knowledge.  Experience in 3rd party engagement.  What you’ll be doing This role sits in the team that develop the business’ internal systems which uses SAP / Salesforce primarily. They need someone to dedicate themselves to build an automated test strategy to support business process software development. This person will own the implementation of automated testing across their SAP / Salesforce systems which aims to address issues with regression testing; this involves choosing a toolset that aligns with other areas of the business (most use Ranorex/Selenium) before implementing it, then growing a team to maintain things moving forward. The role will initially be a mixture of hands-on and strategic work, but as the team grows you’ll evolve into a more operational role to focus on future improvements, technical leadership and general best practice across the wider function. The Salesforce testing is quite straight forward but the SAP side is more complex due to the volume of business scenarios running through it, so it’s likely this will take up most of your focus in the immediate. Recent investment, rapid growth, progress to CTO.  We’re helping a progressive FinTech4Good start-up in Cornwall to find a Lead Software/Infrastructure Engineer. The business focus on educating young people on making better financial decisions. Backed by a team of advisors from some of the UK and the World’s most exciting FinTech companies, they’re on a mission to improve people’s financial health through education and support.  What skills you’ll need Demonstrable software engineering experience using Python. Any knowledge of things like Java, JavaScript, Golang, C++ or similar would be useful.  Server app development knowledge using frameworks like Django/Flask.  Understanding of API connection and integrations. Any Open Banking API knowledge desirable.  Skilled in infrastructure/cloud systems architecture with appreciation for security and scalability.  Ability to build and deploy VMs before putting Docker/Kubernetes containers in place.  Automated unit testing knowledge.  Cloud-native development knowledge, flexible on platform.  Understanding of Linux OS and Shell scripting.  Previous technical leadership experience or desire to be a Tech Lead.  What you’ll be doing There are two key aspects to this role; back-end & server app development, as well as building and deploying scalable cloud infrastructure. It would suit a polyglot who enjoys variety and has desire to progress into a Tech Lead / CTO role as the team grows around you. You’ll be building the environment that the data models will live, owning infrastructure/cloud systems architecture with scalability and security in the forefront of your focus, building the VMs and putting containers in place, deciding on security mechanisms, the list goes on. You’ll also be building back-end services that will connect to their mobile app, looking after API connection and integrations, working on Open Banking APIs, taking a logical and data-driven approach to development.
