  • 90% Remote with Office visits 2-3 times per Month
  • Up to £55k Salary with great benefits package

This role is a new position in a high performing team, supporting a growing business function with a leading global insurance provider. They are looking to have someone join in a junior capacity so that they can provide ongoing support to the senior team members, as well as help deliver change throughout their current product base.

What you’ll be doing
  • You’ll be working as part of an Agile Development team and helping them set future direction on their development life cycle.
  • You’ll work closely with the business’ E-Commerce teams to deliver the best customer experience in the market.
  • You will be acting as a liaison between wider business areas and your team, taking any business needs and helping to communicate those into agile delivery plans.
  • You’ll also work incredibly closely with the development team, helping them to prioritise feature backlog and forecasting future business needs.
What experience you’ll need to apply
  • You will need to have experience in a B2C focused role, ideally with customer experience programmes at the core of what you do.
  • Experience working in an agile environment is a must have for this role.
  • Having excellent communication skills is a must, as you’ll be working across different disciplines and with different levels of stakeholder.
  • Having a great learning attitude will be a massive boost to you being successful in this role, as well as being a great problem solver.
  • A background in Digital Marketing is a bonus, but not a requirement for this role.
