A fantastic opportunity has become available for a talented ‘numbers’ person, to join this successful retail organisation as a Customer Data Analyst, based in a lovely Somerset location.
What you’ll be doing
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for Customer Data Analyst to join their busy team. Reporting into the Customer Data Manager, you will be working with the wider customer data team, ensuring that top notch customer analysis is provided for all relevant parties. Your analysis skills will span across the customer matrix, basket analysis, positive and negative trends as well as any impromptu projects. Your regular workload will include extraction, cleaning and manipulation of data from a wide array of systems, analysis of the data and development of the relevant datasets for recommendations across the wider business.
What experience you’ll need
With all the facts and figures under your belt, you will need to be self-assured and an effective communicator, able to share your findings with the wider business and third parties with confidence. You will be an excellent team player with verbal, written and presentations skills to be proud of. It goes without saying that you will have advanced Excel skills, ability to work independently and to tight deadlines, great understanding of key analysis methodologies and knowledge of how to utilise multiple software applications. With a hawk's eye for detail, numeracy and problem-solving skills, you will fly high in this role.
