Digital Analytics Manager

This is the first web analytics hire for this fast growing retail and eCommerce business. With rapid growth this year in a market that has huge potential, this is an amazing opportunity to join at an early stage and grow your role and career in this business.

What you’ll be doing 

You will report into the eCommerce Director and have sole responsibility for the digital analytics across the business. They use Google Analytics, and have some of it set up currently, but there is always room for improvement! You will be instrumental in analysing customer activity and making recommendations for ways they can improve as well as telling them what they are doing well. There is potential for this role to grow as this will be the first analytics hire into the business, so the sky is the limit here. 

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Expert in Google Analytics & Tag Manager.
  • Ability to tell a story with data.
  • Experience of working in eCommerce and/or Retail.
  • Experience with segmentation, email marketing and CRM systems.
  • Self starter and a want to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Any extra data skills a bonus inc SQL, Power BI, Python etc

What you’ll get in return for your experience  

A base salary of up to £60K plus an excellent benefits package
