What you'll be doing
You will take responsibility for both digital and offline channels and increasing revenue and profits through the online store. Working within a niche luxury sector, you will develop the marketing strategy and execute the delivery across all channels. The more skills and experience you can bring the better, and so you will have some knowledge and experience across some of the following; PPC, SEO, Social, PR, Communications, eCRM, B2B sales, Re-targeting and Display to name a few! We're not expecting you to be an expert across all of these, and you will build a team that will compliment your skills and plug any gaps.
This is a hands on role, where you will manage, motivate and lead a small team to deliver exceptional results. There is heavy investment in back end systems, new personnel, and a marketing budget ready to go, and so long as any spend is tracked, measured and profitable, then the budget can stretch as far as necessary so long as it's commercially viable.
As well as developing the eCommerce store and annual sales, you will pursue new opportunities through trade sales channels, and manage a small sales team. A creative thinker, and excellent problem solver, you will look for new routes to market where possible, and ensure the content strategy supports and reinforces the strong brand messaging.
This is a rare opportunity to join a fast growing business and really make your mark.
