ADLIB are proud to be partnered with a fantastic charity near to Salisbury who are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their fast growing team.  This is a great role where you will manage resources across multiple teams to deliver highly effective campaigns that help win new business, secure high value donations and support the corporate partners.  This is an incredibly exciting time to be joining the charity, as they go through a period of change and expansion, there is clear direction and huge opportunities to progress your career.

What you'll be doing

This isn't your typical Marketing Executive role as there is a very large team with specialists across digital, content, comms, events etc.  This is a busy and hands on role where you will work with Account Managers to understand the Corporate Partners' goals and requirements, you will then utilise the wider teams and project manage resources, to deliver exceptional campaigns. 

There is a great cause and message behind everything that you will do, and you will work with the Marketing Manager to deliver marketing plans and campaigns that help raise vital funds.  There are around a dozen Corporate Partners that you will support in a number of ways.  You will be required to create original and creative content, define key objectives and target audiences, conduct competitor analysis and optimising and measuring campaign performance and success.

The success of this role depends upon your ability to build and develop sound relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to be collaborative, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects at any one time. 

What experience you'll need to apply

  • Experience with Campaign Management across a number of channels
  • Good understanding of the marketing mix
  • Strong content/copywriting skills
  • Ability to project manage resources to deliver results
  • Some experience of social media management would be useful
  • Strong verbal communicator, ability to build rapport
  • Ideally degree educated or hold a professional qualification such as CIM
