One of the UKs leading brands within the insurance sector is now looking for talented marketing/digital analysts to join their rapidly growing analytics division in either Croydon or Bournemouth. This business is incredibly aspiring and data centric, meaning you'll be able to make a huge impact from day one and be truly valued for your efforts.
What you'll be doing
As there are several roles here from Exec through to Manager level, your duties will vary slightly in the level of responsibility. However, across the board, those in the team are continually using Google Analytics and the marketing database to interrogate customer data, and raise questions: what is the performance of press and television; how is organic search performing? What is the best performing channel? What is the general open rate for email comms? At your disposal you'll have Google Data Studio for producing dashboards and visualisation, Google Analytics, a rich database, and data from telephony (the call centre).
You'll work closely with the marketing team to use this data for building effective campaigns that reach the right audience, at the right time, in the most cost-effective way. This business is continually investing in its data infrastructure which means you'll always be given the opportunity to learn new skills and be using the most modern analytics packages. In the more senior role, we're looking for someone seasoned in analytics who can challenge the status quo and bring fresh new ideas to the table. If you're wanting to upskill yourself and start looking at data modelling, clustering and segmentation - we want to hear from you. There will be ample opportunities to develop your skills in R, Python, SQL and more - it's yours for the taking!
What experience you'll need to apply
- Demonstrable experience within a marketing analytics environment (e.g. web/eCommerce/digital analytics)
- Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics experience
- R, Python, SAS or SQL knowledge is desirable
- Real interest in customer data and its application in marketing
