Senior Credit Risk Analyst

Are you a Credit Risk Analyst looking to move into a new role managing the development of financial products using risk management and pricing strategies? If so, I'm currently working with a Financial Services provider based in Cardiff who'd be keen to speak with you.
What you'll be doing 
Working across a number of channels and products you will be tasked with managing the effectiveness of customer outcome tools that affect the credit risk and pricing for the company's wider personal loan and motor finance products. 
It involves analysing risk and providing insight into the performance of these products across the business. 
Liaising with the wider Risk & Pricing team to conduct investigative projects and work on a range of ad-hoc tasks.
This is a broad role with the chance to get stuck in with a range to tools and technologies
What experience you'll need to apply
•Experience working in an analytical environment in a credit risk function.
•Programming experience using R, Python, Matlab or SAS to analyse and manipulate data.
•Experience working with Credit Risk strategies such as application decision strategies and customer affordability calculations.
•Proven experience of using credit risk models, Bayesian statistics and time-series analysis to deliver credit risk solutions.
•Communication skills are key in this one as you'll be interacting with people across the business as well as stakeholders outside of it.

You’ll manage a small team and be part of an ambitious growth strategy.
