What you’ll be doing

Working within a fast paced and dynamic environment, you will create and lead delivery of the rich content plans, ensuring they are embedded within the wider group and departments.  This is an agile environment, and you will work across multiple campaigns and squads to deliver key messages through a number of creative platforms.  This role is crying out for someone who embraces video content, who understands the power of visual communication and how it can elevate, lift and reinforce the key written message.  

You will lead on every aspect, from ideation, to execution, testing, optimising, and reporting on results.  You will work to extend and broaden the channel offering, ensuring that content continues to engage clients and differentiates the business from their competitors. 

Working with so many campaigns and squads, you will prioritise workflows, develop campaign briefs and content, and will utilise internal resources as well as external agencies, managing their output and results.  This is a regulated industry, and so knowledge of working with financial services products, or within a similar environment will be a huge advantage as you can demonstrate your ability to hit the ground running.
