What you’ll be doing

As Studio Manager, you will be responsible for all translation work, managing a network of freelancers, you’ll work closely alongside the designers, marketers, and developers, managing their schedules and workflow, getting stuck in with taking briefs and managing production timelines. You’ll act as the lynch pin between the creative studio and all departments. You’ll be absolutely crucial to managing the resource going through the studio, knowing what is being worked on, by who and when. You’ll need to be extremely adaptable when it comes to managing the ever-changing demands of this fast-paced business.  

What experience you’ll need

  • Ideally your experience will be gained in a creative or digital agency – you could be an Account Executive, Project Executive looking to develop into a Studio Manager.
  • You will bring previous project management, traffic management or studio management experience.
  • Strong organisation and communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time,
  • Dynamic and personable.
  • You will thrive working under pressure and to deadlines.
  • If you are fluent in French or German that would be the icing on the cake but is by no means essential!
  • An interest in sustainability, plant-based wellness and promoting green values.
