This lovely, central Bristol based digital agency is on the hunt for an ambitious Account Manager to join the client services team. They work with global attractions; destinations and experiences, using digital to attract more visitors – whether that’s from around the corner or around the world! This is a unique opportunity to develop your career in a leading South West digital agency, working as part of an impressive growing team.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting into the Client Services Director, you’ll be managing 4/5 international / UK based clients, ensuring all work is done on time and on budget. You’ll be using your relationship building magic to ensure retention and growth for the agency.

In your day to day, you’ll be writing & taking briefs, inquiring, briefing creatives, managing projects to delivery, running client meetings, invoicing and reporting, you’ll pay meticulous attention to detail and you’ll keep a cool head under pressure.

What experience you’ll need

  • Demonstrable account management experience in an agency environment
  • Solid understanding of social media and digital channels
  • Experience in project management
  • An understanding of web design and development processes
  • A love of travel
