What you'll be doing

You will be part of an agency built on strong foundations, with 30+ colleagues, who have continued to recruit and grow during a very difficult year for all of us.

As one of three Project Managers, you’ll play a key role in managing amazing web, app and software development projects end to end for high profile clients working across their design and development teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, budget and scope. Projects are mainly agile, and you’ll be expected to play the role of Scrum Master when required as well as offering coaching and mentorship when appropriate – these guys have a real collaborate enthusiasm where everyone helps each other.

In addition, typical duties will also include managing project budgets and profitability, ensuring contracts, POs and agreements are in place with clients, project resourcing, manage changes, response to tenders etc.  You will be leading the team on your project recommending training where required to junior members, improving processes, delegating with outstanding communication skills.  Excellent stakeholder management skills are a necessity and you’ll be identifying new business opportunities within clients, project reporting, developing long term strategy and enhancing relationships.

What skills you'll be needing

  • Experience of project managing complex, enterprise-scale web, app and software development projects.
  • Background working as a project manager on a range of development projects with developers covering front-end, back-end, UI/UX and devops tech.
  • Experience as a Digital/Software/Technical project manager in an agency.
  • Engaging and influencing senior client stakeholders.
  • Understanding and experience of iterative and incremental software development/delivery.
  • Knowledge and understanding of development and deployment approaches and systems (such as Git, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Shaping ideas/concepts and proposals.
  • Project costing/estimating and managing to time and budget.
  • Managing project team and multiple projects with a calm, cool outlook.
  • Strong Agile experience or understanding.

Ideally an experienced recruiter / Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer with an education or interest within the world of Marketing. What you’ll be doing We’re looking for an experienced delivery Recruiter / Account manager / Delivery Consultant who’s in recruitment for the long game. An ambitious, committed and professional recruitment consultant that wants to take advantage of our brand, knowledge, platform and industry contacts and support our growth. As the ADLIB brand expands throughout the UK we’re engaging with an ever-increasing portfolio of clients. Our marketing team partners with businesses of all kinds from start-ups to SME’s and large multi-nationals, so you’ll have the opportunity to work with a truly diverse client base.  Established for near 20 years we’re the regions go-to recruiter, with an ever-increasing reach and demand from businesses throughout the UK. You’ll make things happen, see everything as an opportunity, get a kick from knowing your market inside out, building effective, meaningful and trusted candidate relationships that last years will be as important as developing strong relationships through supporting our client base. In short, you'll have a team of 30 plus consultants behind you, ready to share their industry and client knowledge. What experience you’ll need A successful track record in recruitment with a genuine interest in marketing. We want to hear from delivery recruiters, recruitment consultants, account managers, call them what you like, the importance is sharing our behaviours and bring a genuine interest for one of the sectors we operate in. On a personal level, you’ll want to work for one of the UK’s only B Corp recruiters, truly committed to using business as a force for good. You’ll be well equipped to dig deep, source and build relationships with candidates and clients alike – the ability to immerse yourself in their worlds, network and build trust will be essential to your success, alongside maintaining ADLIB’s reputation within a busy marketplace. You’ll have impeccable communication skills, attention to detail, enjoy winning business and creating opportunities for the short and long term.
