Business Development Executive

A dynamic digital engineering technology company is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their Team located on the outskirts of Bristol/Bath.

The company specializes in high value engineering and processes and offers a wide range of digital consultancy services in industries such as infrastructure, aviation, AI, Digital Thread. Because of the role’s complexity, we are looking or an enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated candidate with a relevant degree in Digital Engineering (including engineering, mathematical-based science, built environment, computer sciences).

What you’ll be doing:

• Proactively identifying new business opportunities.
• Representing technical engineering services and/or solutions.
• Delivering relevant forecasts and revenue targets.
• Building relationships with potential customers and qualifying their needs.
• Maintaining relationships with current key stakeholders.
• Implementing new business strategy marketing through case studies, events, and social media content.

What experience you will need to apply:

• Have a relevant degree level or equivalent in Digital Engineering or related (Computer Science, Data Science, Built Environment, Mathematics, Engineering).
• Previous experience in sales or business development type of role.
• Knowledge and understanding of social-media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Confidence to build and maintain new relationships.
• A go-to attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to prepare presentations for different types of audience.
