We’re supporting a specialist digital agency as they recruit their first Senior Digital Project Manager to join the team, a role which has been created due to growth.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be client facing, managing digital projects for an array of tech and eCommerce clients, ranging in scale from start-ups through to SMES. Managing projects throughout the full lifecycle, working in cross-functional teams ensuring that all projects are running on time and budget, you will also manage a Digital Project Manager.

The agencies accounts are growing and through new business wins they have secured large contracts, they’re looking for somebody who has aspirations to grow a team and play a key role within the business as the go-to project person, you will also have an opportunity to put your mark on processes, implement ways of working, this is a role where your voice will be heard and you will have a real opportunity to make positive changes.

What experience you’ll need

  • You will be an agency experience Digital Project Manager or Senior Digital Project Manager.
  • Experience of managing digital projects across marketing and development is key.
  • Strong communication skills as this role is client facing.
  • Previous experience in a leadership/ management role. 
  • Strategic ability to work in partnership with clients, managing their expectations and have a solution-orientated approach to any obstacle that may arise! 
  • If you’ve got experience working with eCommerce and or tech clients that would be the icing on the cake!

They need someone to dedicate themselves to build an automated test strategy to support business process software development. This person will own the implementation of automated testing across their SAP / Salesforce systems which aims to address issues with regression testing; this involves choosing a toolset that aligns with other areas of the business (most use Ranorex/Selenium) before implementing it, then growing a team to maintain things moving forward. The role will initially be a mixture of hands-on and strategic work, but as the team grows you’ll evolve into a more operational role to focus on future improvements, technical leadership and general best practice across the wider function. The Salesforce testing is quite straight forward but the SAP side is more complex due to the volume of business scenarios running through it, so it’s likely this will take up most of your focus in the immediate.     Digital Marketing Manager for a SAAS company in growth mode. Flexible working available - 2 or 3 days working from home ideally, negotiable for the right person. Excellent package and career progression on offer. We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with HubSpot experience to join an established SAAS business with ambitious growth plans. They've grown by 40% in headcount since the start of the pandemic and are experiencing excellent YoY financial growth. Their HQ is in Gloucestershire and easily commutable from Bristol and surrounding areas. The ideal is for this person to be in 2-3 days a week but they can be more flexible for the right person. What you’ll be doing The company is looking to further invest in their Digital Marketing and Lead Generation activity, and the role of the Digital Marketing Manager is to take the lead on that, own the strategy and it’s implementation with an emphasis on CRM and Lead Generation via HubSpot. You'll be working alongside the CEO and have their complete buy-in - there's huge scope for progression for the right person, and this role could become much bigger. To start with you'll manage a team of 3 across SEO, PPC and Content, and have the support of an SEO agency and a Paid Media agency. You’ll quickly get under the bonnet of the company’s digital marketing activity and build the strategy moving forward. They've already invested heavily in HubSpot but there's so much more that can be done with it - user journey design, automation, SEO/PPC (via the team and agencies), acquisition and retention, and building sales funnels are part of the job description. You'll certainly be strategic in this role, and how hands-on you want to be is up to you. What experience you’ll need to apply   The ideal candidate is an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who is strategic but knows enough about user journey design, automation, SEO/PPC, acquisition and retention, and building sales funnels to get the most out of the team and agency partners, whilst building out a long term growth strategy. Up to date knowledge of HubSpot is pretty much essential but please enquire if you think you have enough experience and your knowledge of HubSpot is slightly out of date. Previous experience working with a SAAS business is also needed.
