One of the Europe’s fastest growing start-ups are recruiting two Product Owners to join the team to help them as they take their mission global. 

What you’ll be doing

As Product Owner you will be responsible for designing, developing and owning the product roadmap and prioritising development efforts to enable business to drive proactive and very targeted growth for their customers. You’ll be translating features and developments in the product roadmap into detailed technical specifications and will own the delivery of this through guiding the activity of the development functions. This is an end-to-end Product Owner role – so you will be doing everything you’d expect from Agile rituals, through to creating user stories and test cases, through to managing and reporting on the backlog and progress against the roadmap with the help of the Head of Product who you’ll be reporting into.

What experience you’ll need

  • You will currently be working as a Product Owner, ideally for a start-up or in a similar environment.
  • Agile software development experience.
  • Curious and inquisitive – asking the right questions unearthing the best possible solutions.
  • Analytical mind and passionate about customers and building the best possible user experience, monitoring your metrics and see whether you’re delivering. 
  • Strong communication skills as this role is client-facing and involves a lot of stakeholder management.
  • Strong interest/ exposure to strategic product development.
  • Experience gained in a start-up or a similar environment.
