They’re in an incredibly healthy position to be growing the team further.  Their technology is used in a variety of fields including VR/AR, spacial computing, immersive 3D experience, automotive, entertainment, medical/healthcare and more.

What experience you’ll need

  • Commercial experience with Ruby on Rails (RoR) or NodeJS.
  • Proven front-end expertise using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and at least one modern library (Vue, React, Angular etc.).
  • Cloud-native development experience; Heroku, AWS (AWS Amplify), Google Cloud etc.
  • Ability to build and maintain modern SPAs that link into back-end services and databases.
  • Skilled in designing and working with service/app APIs.

What you’ll be doing

Following a very successful 2021, the business are looking for someone to support the design, build and ongoing maintenance of their ML research platforms, APIs (both internal/external), applications and services. The role sits in their world-leading tracking division and will link into several key engineering teams with involvement across research, software, support and operations. There's several apps, products and platforms that link into their wider service offering, it's very complex and will need someone to design & build solutions from the ground up whilst aligning things to the same look, feel and brand of the wider business. Due to business mergers and technical debt the tech stack is varied with some products on Python/Node and others on Ruby. It's an exciting role for a web-focused Developer to gain experience in MLOps, allowing you to take full ownership of end-to-end web builds with autonomy over architectural direction and future strategy of the web function internally.

What you’ll get in return for your talents

An incredible opportunity to join a world-leader in the touchless technology space, offering a diverse and inclusive culture where ideas are not only valued, but implemented. There’s constant support and opportunity for R&D, remote and flexible working for those who need it, autonomy and control over architectural direction and lots more. You’ll get a healthy pension (401(k) plan), generous holidays, medical benefits including healthcare, wellbeing programmes, social events and ability to use their products, which is awesome in itself!
