It’s all growth here at ADLIB and with a clearly defined road map in place, we’re looking for Science Graduates or Scientists who are looking to use their communication skills, to join our Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences Recruitment team.

What you’ll be doing

  • From day one you'll go through a structured training programme, hands on practical coaching with ongoing support from a team of mentors and managers.
  • You’ll interview candidates, take briefs from clients, and you’ll learn the art of candidate acquisition, using a range of tools including search and selection, digital marketing, and software.
  • You’ll also learn to write excellent adverts to attract a diverse and skilled set of candidates and you then guide them through the entire recruitment process.
  • You’ll be recruiting for some of the UK’s most forward-thinking Cell & Gene Therapy, Protein Science and Digital Healthcare start-ups, exciting Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences scale-ups, well-known and renowned brands.
  • Building on the respect we’ve earned and our reputation for excellence, you’ll deliver an outstanding service to your clients and candidates.
  • You’ll truly immerse yourself in the Biotechnology, Bioscience and Pharmaceutical sectors, becoming a true niche recruitment expert.
  • You’ll learn from some of the most established and respected Recruiters this side of London.

What experience you’ll need

You could be degree qualified in a Science discipline, including Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or Physics or other related fields.

  • Above all, you’re ambitious and hungry to learn and develop. We’re looking for people who want to make their own mark and push things further.
  • You’ll have impeccable communication skills, attention to detail and enjoy working at pace.
  • As a person, you bring a proven ability to negotiate and persuade. You can work in an agile way and multi-task, whilst being well organised.
  • You are resilient and committed. We’ve created a really positive environment for you to succeed in, but recruitment can be tough at times.
  • You are a team player. We know, sounds cheesy, but we all get as much buzz from seeing each other do well and it’s important you feel the same.
