Business Improvement Analyst

We’re working with a globally recognised business and helping them find a Business Improvement Analyst to join the growing team and would like somebody to start ASAP!

What you’ll be doing

You will work on key programmes and projects end to end, analysing business processes and determining the impacts of the change (operationally and technically) and supporting the Change Managers in managing the change impact to the wider business. You will gather change requirements, impact asses and update business stakeholders, process map from an owner experience perspective and manage stakeholders across EU markets, taking them on the journey of the change (with support from your team).

The projects that you will be managing will be extremely varied; from reviewing markets and engagement with customers, improving trading models, market roll outs and expansion projects and developing the business to hit commercial targets.

What experience you’ll need

  • Prior experience in a business process change and analysis role, whether that’s as a Business Improvement Analyst. Project Analyst, Project Manager or Business Analyst.
  • Experience across retail, digital and customer service operations – retail/ eCommerce experience would be advantageous.
  • End to end experience on process analyst (requirement gathering ‘as is’ analysis development ‘to be’ state, impact assessment and management).
  • Technical and operational change management experience, managing change impact into the business.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Agile and Prince 2 methodologies.
  • Business process analysis.
  • If you’re bilingual (French or German ideally) that would be beneficial but is by no means essential.
  • EU travel will be involved in this role, so you have to be comfortable with this.
